This is JAZZ. This pitiful girl gave birth to a litter of puppies in an air duct. The fiberglass insulation literally burned her skin, causing her to lose all her hair. Jazz won't win any beauty contest now, but give her a month and she'll look like a new girl. She is already on the mend, getting special baths, good food, and lots of love. Despite all that she's been through, Jazz always wags her tail. She is a very sweet, mild tempered young girl. Jazz is housebroken and crate trained. She is fine with other dog and cats. We think Jazz is about 2 years old. She has a long road ahead of her--she will be spayed in a couple of weeks and then she will have to undergo heartworm treatment. Jazz's medical bills are going to be very high, so we are asking for special donations for her. We will also be raffling off a large Crypton dog bed, at the Fayettteville DogWatch, to raise money for her medical expenses. Jazz is going to be a very special girl for some lucky family. UPDATE: Jazz has made tremendous progress. She has grown back all of her hair, been spayed and started her heartworm treatment. Jazz has a sweet loving personality and loves everyone, dogs, people and cats. Thanks to all the donations we raised enough money to cover all of her medical expenses.
